Guests must pay in advance using PayPal. The property will send an e-mail with a PayPal link 1 month prior to the check-in date. Guests must complete the transaction via credit card within 7 days of receiving the email. If the booking is made later than 5 days before the check-in date, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via PayPal. Upon receiving the payment, the property will email the security code for the apartment's lock. Guests should go directly to the property and use the security code to open the locker and enter.

For guests booking with a non-refundable rate, the total price of the reservation will be charged to their provided credit card, anytime after the booking is made.

The reception is open between 09:00-17:00. Guests who wish to store luggage before 09:00 on the day of departure are kindly requested to leave their luggage in the room. The property's staff will store the luggage at the front desk.

For luggage storage service after 09:00, please contact the reception staff. Please note that luggage storage after 09:00 will be provided at the I-Satellite luggage storage facility near Kyoto Station.

Luggage storage is available until 21:00. Early check-in is unavailable in any case at this property.

Please note that children cannot be accommodated in certain room types and that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance.
